Greetings! My name is Kent Cranford. My home town is High Point, NC, where I grew up the grace of our Lord at the First Baptist Church of High Point. After graduating from Western Carolina University, I began working in biochemical research at Bowman Gray School of Medicine in Winston-Salem, NC. During this time I was called into the gospel ministry and I moved to Louisville, KY to attend Southern Seminary. Graduating in 1990 (MDiv) and 1996 (DMin), I have served churches in Indiana, Kentucky, South Carolina, and Georgia. I have taught religion at the University of North Carolina at Pembroke and Truitt-McConnell College. Presently, I am the pastor of Loray Baptist Church in Gastonia, NC and teach as an adjunct professor of religion at Gaston College. |
